A big thank you to everyone who took the time to complete the recent member survey.
The response was extremely positive and provided valuable insight into the issues that matter most to members. Encouragingly, the feedback closely aligned with the priorities already identified through TTMF's Strategic Planning process.
Members highlighted the importance of strong industry advocacy, clear communication, professional standards, workforce development, and increased sharing of technology and innovation across the sector.
The survey results have provided Council with a clear direction for future activities and will continue to help shape the Federation's priorities moving forward. Most importantly, they reinforce that we are focusing our efforts on the areas that matter most to our members.
One of the strongest themes to emerge from the member survey was a desire to hear more about innovation, new technologies, and practical developments occurring across the industry.
There is a tremendous amount of expertise, innovation, and problem-solving happening within TTMF member businesses, and Council is keen to create more opportunities to share these stories. Whether it's new manufacturing techniques, product developments, technology adoption, or unique projects, there is significant value in learning from one another.
Over the coming months, we'll be exploring ways to showcase member innovation through newsletters, meetings, and industry updates. If your business has a project, technology, or success story worth sharing, we'd love to hear from you.
