As we move through the middle of the year, Council has been focused on a number of initiatives aimed at strengthening membership value, improving communication, and ensuring TTMF continues to be a strong and effective voice for New Zealand's truck and trailer manufacturing industry.
One of the key themes emerging from both our recent strategic planning process and member survey is the importance of communication. Members want to know what is happening across the industry, what Council is working on behind the scenes, and how TTMF is representing member interests at a regulatory and industry level. This newsletter is part of our commitment to improving that communication and keeping members informed.
I'd like to thank everyone who took the time to complete our recent member survey. The feedback received has been invaluable and is already helping to shape Council discussions and future priorities. We were particularly encouraged by the strong response rate and the positive engagement with our first newsletter back in April.
There is a lot happening across the industry at present, from training and workforce development through to regulatory change and industry advocacy. We are fortunate to have a dedicated Council who continue to invest their time and expertise into ensuring TTMF remains relevant, proactive, and focused on the needs of members.
If you have any questions, suggestions, or feedback, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
